This dress was co-designed by my daughter, Olivia, so its super special to my heart! We asked specialty designer Hey Cute Design to hand draw mini cream stars over a navy fabric, and paired it with a classic scoop back and bow tied sleeves. Of course we have our pockets sewn into the seam and a full circle skirt for optimal twirl - this is a firework of a dress!
